Jan Hummer, Founder and Executive Director of Sycamore Roots Coaching, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in mindfulness education and nonprofit leadership. As a certified End of Life Doula and holder of a Master’s Degree in Contemplative Education from Naropa University, Jan brings unparalleled expertise and compassion to her work. She is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions, offering a trauma-informed approach that integrates mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative expression.

Jan’s vision for Sycamore Roots Coaching is inspired by the deep-rooted strength and resilience of the sycamore tree, providing a sanctuary for growth, healing, and connection.
